Jalan yang panjang

Tatau kenapa hari tu i decided to ask kanda to send me to work. Maybe becoz i was hoping to reach office early. Then i reallized it has to be becoz i really missed him.

Once work is finished, i ran to catch the 55 metro bus. I know this bus is going to Selayang Mall and there were not so many people. So i rode till Warta Lama.

Dey, then only i decided to do this deed to myself, which is, why not i do my exercise by walking home from there. I did a very fast walk, almost a run for a smaller person like Ain, hik, but it was very fast. I can feel my leg muscles all being stretched to the maximum. This is not my first time walking from Warta Lama, but as i remembered, i only stopped at the schools there. This time i have said that i can walk straight home. It was almost 6.30pm when i reached CLC to pick up Ameer. He was glad to see me but was disappointed to know that he had to accompany me walking home. Well... you got to do what you need to do. So, i reached home around 6.40pm.

Letihnya... bagai nak rak. It was raining, but renyai-renyai jer. My mom was so happy as i told her about my walking journey.

She said "bagus laa, daripada ko pegi berenang tu, baik ko jalan camni. bukan saja exercise, ko buleh jimat duit lagi!!".

Mom, how i wish everybody have that attitude towards me... mak memang sporting!. Makpun tau betapa desparatenya aku nak kurus balik.. huwaaaaa!

Balik ke belakang, umah sendiri, letihnya lahai. Nak tercabut kaki semua. Boleh tak bayangkan?
Tak lalu nak buek apo dah. Tak bagus la, becoz terlalu jauh dan terlalu laju kot!

Esoknya gi kerja, macam nak mati menahan keperitan sakit pinggang dan lutut. Nasib baik aku dah amik anlene, kalo tak, lagi teruk la nak tido malam yek?

Anyway... i really sweat. Agaknya lemak tu still terbakar la even masa aku tido malam tuh.

Aku dah timbang masa kat klinik tadi (senak dada mai balik), but was frustrated to know that jarum tu tak ke belakangpun. It stays there. Salah la itu timbang! Cemanapun i still say it was a good exercise, but overdose.. hik.

Lepas ni aku takkan lepaskan peluang untuk berjalan-jalan lagi, but takyahla jejauh sangat. Kata lis, belum lumpuh lagi sistem kenderaan bas dan teksi kat sekitar situ!

Hmm... 2 hinggit naik bas sampai warta, then singgit lagi sampai CLC. Pastu jalan. Jumlah 3 hinggit, but masa beb, masa tu penting. Kalo teksi plak, jumlah jadi 6 hinggit... hmmm!
Baik aku drive je la.. Kaw tim ngan kanda bayar petrol tak gitu??
